Light and airy, with its own sink this is one of our smaller spaces ideal for 1-4 people (209sq ft) which is easily accessible via the front door.

With its own kitchen area, and two access doors this suite is easily accessible from both the car park and front hall. One of our medium spaces (460sq ft) it would suit a tenant with between 1 and 8 people.

A very light and airy suite with its own front door and porch area from the car park, as (437 sq ft) this suite would suit a tenant with between 1 and 8 employees comfortably. This suite is also equipped with air conditioning and access to shared toilet and kitchen area.
Suite 6b
Accessible via the front hall and a ramp, this suite has been newly refurbished with a brand new kitchen. Also benefitting from air/con and heat pump this is one of our smaller units 345 sq ft with restricted height but would easily fit between 1 and 4 people in.

This suite is ideal for a tenants who requires a front AND back office space (either as a workshop, or as another office/working area). With access via the front of the building or back, this is ideal for deliveries and meeting customers. Access to a shared kitchen and toilets this space has the potential to have an extra meeting room built into it or to be left open plan. Air/con already installed in workshop, this suite is suitable for a range of sized tenants from smaller companies with the requirement of a workshop or a larger sized organisation with more employees (1052 sq ft). Please note this suite has restricted head room.

All tenants have access to a shared car park with 2 visitor’s spaces and non-allocated spaces on a first come first served basis. There is also access to another larger car park opposite subject to payment of annual charge.
